I’m not sure where even to begin to brag on this venue. At the beginning on my wedding planning process I wanted a venue that was different from all of the ones I had seen being frequently used around the Knoxville area. I had visited about 15 venues before stumbling upon Heartland Meadows. After my first visit with Sheila, I had a feeling of peace and confidence that this venue would make my wedding day unforgettable. They are extremely helpful and affordable. Since we booked the venue back in November, Sheila and her husband were so helpful every step of the way. They would let us come by anytime to work out layouts or just look through the treasure barn (another huge plus of this venue). At the end of the day they are just a great family who cares about their family property and their brides/grooms. Words can’t describe how thankful we are that we got to have our wedding here and we can’t imagine having it anywhere else! Even with COVID and storms on the wedding day, they were accommodating and very easy going. They are great people to be around who do a great job at what they do! Due to rain, we had to move our ceremony inside last minute, and they made the transition seamlessly without me even knowing. I had no stress whatsoever on my wedding day and that’s largely in part to Sheila and the team at Heartland Meadows! The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful with a variety of choices to fit any style! We received so many compliments that our wedding was the best many of our guests had ever been to thanks to Heartland Meadows! Book her husband with KnoxVegas DJ’s too! He did amazing it was so nice having them both at the same place on the same page. Best day of my life! If you get married here you will not regret it!!
This place is absolutely beautiful! Everything about this venue was amazing! Sheila and her husband are the sweetest people and made everything perfect!! Knox Vegas did our music and it was wonderful! I have no complaints! My daughter got her fairy tale wedding.
The staff and venue are both amazing. Sheila and Heather helped us a ton with everything for our wedding this past October. They helped keep my nerves at bay and helped direct us and keep us on a timeline. They worked with us at various times to allow different bridal party friends and family visit the venue before the wedding to help me with planning ideas and decorations. They offered their decorations for use in our wedding day. They allowed us to come super early the day of rehearsal to decorate for the wedding the next day. They were always kind, helpful, and easy to get along with and work with. I absolutely recommend them for a venue for a special event or work event. Thank you guys for allowing us your venue for our wedding. It was perfect and beautiful!
When looking for a venue that has the feel of a classic barn and the beauty of Tennessee, along with a staff the makes you feel at home, Heartland Meadows is the place for you! Complete with an awesome bridal suite AND a separate groom’s suite as well. They also have a “Treasure Barn” that has hundreds of items for decorating that are at your disposal and can save you tons of money on decorating!! Scott, Heather, and Sheila along with their fantastic crew will make your experience a great one from start to finish! I want people to know what a fantastic place this is if you are looking for a venue in Knoxville area that can help you to have the day and the experience you’ve always dreamed of.

Shelia, Scott, and Leslie – can’t thank you enough. The treasure barn is fantastic, so check it out first before you buy! All the guests were talking about how beautiful the area was. The personal care you took with us was greatly appreciated.
